Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
Welcome to REMEVi Telehealth ("Platform," "we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "Patient") and REMEVi Telehealth governing your use of our telehealth services, website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing, registering, or using REMEVi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, accessing our Platform, or using any of our services, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
- Represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Confirm that any information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete
- Accept our Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and any other referenced policies
REMEVi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
REMEVi provides a telehealth platform that facilitates:
- Patient intake and health history assessment
- Remote consultations with licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
- Medical evaluation and personalized treatment plans
- Prescription of FDA-approved medications and compounded medications
- Ongoing care coordination and patient support
- Secure messaging with healthcare providers
- Access to your health records and treatment history
Our services are provided in English and Spanish.
3. Not a Pharmacy
REMEVi Telehealth is not a pharmacy. We partner with licensed, state-regulated compounding pharmacies to dispense medications prescribed by our physicians. The dispensing and delivery of medications are handled by our pharmacy partners, not by REMEVi. REMEVi is responsible for the medical services; our pharmacy partners are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and safe handling of medications. All medications are dispensed in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and DEA requirements for controlled substances.
4. Eligibility and Account Requirements
To use REMEVi services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Reside in the United States (services available in select states)
- Create an account with accurate, current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at support@remevi.com.
REMEVi may refuse service to individuals who violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.
5. Patient Responsibilities
By using REMEVi, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and accurate health information during intake and consultations
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions
- Inform your healthcare provider of any significant changes in your health status
- Follow medical advice and treatment instructions provided by our healthcare providers
- Use medications only as prescribed and according to label instructions
- Report adverse side effects or concerns immediately
- Maintain appropriate follow-up appointments and monitoring as recommended
- Take responsibility for maintaining your own health and safety
You understand that telehealth services have limitations and that some conditions may require in-person evaluation. Our providers may refer you to an emergency room, urgent care, or local healthcare provider if they determine that in-person care is necessary.
6. Compounded Medications Disclaimer
Some medications prescribed through REMEVi may be compounded—customized pharmaceutical preparations created by licensed pharmacists based on your provider's prescription. Compounded medications:
- Are not FDA-approved but are created under state pharmacy regulations and DEA oversight for controlled substances
- Are prepared specifically for your medical condition based on clinical judgment
- May carry different risks or benefits compared to FDA-approved alternatives
- Are covered by your pharmacy partner's liability insurance
- May not be covered by all insurance plans
You acknowledge that you understand the differences between compounded and FDA-approved medications and accept the risks and benefits of compounded medications prescribed for you. Our healthcare providers will discuss these considerations with you before prescribing.
7. Payment, Billing, and Cancellation
Payment Terms: Subscription plans and per-visit fees are payable in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods. Fees are clearly displayed before you complete any purchase.
Billing: You authorize REMEVi to charge the payment method on file for services rendered. We do not store full credit card information on our servers; payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
No Hidden Fees: We are committed to radical transparency. All costs are clearly disclosed upfront. There are no surprise fees or recurring charges unless you explicitly enroll in a subscription.
Refund Policy: Refunds for initial consultations must be requested within 7 days of the visit. Medication costs are non-refundable once compounded and shipped. Subscription plan refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment for unused services.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or obligation. You can manage your subscription or cancel through your account settings or by contacting support@remevi.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately; you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
Insurance: If you have insurance, REMEVi will submit claims on your behalf. You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles required by your insurance plan. Insurance coverage varies; we recommend verifying coverage with your insurance provider before starting treatment.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, and design—is the intellectual property of REMEVi Telehealth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display Platform content without permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes or competitive advantage
- Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from our Platform
Your medical information and health records are your property. You may request a copy in portable electronic format at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Medical Disclaimer: Telehealth services are not appropriate for all medical conditions. Our providers may determine that in-person care is necessary. In emergencies (chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe trauma), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. REMEVi services are not a substitute for emergency care.
No Warranty: REMEVi provides services "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, REMEVi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, regardless of the cause (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. These limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REMEVi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Platform in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
- Any content you post or transmit through our Platform
- Your misuse of medications prescribed through our service
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of REMEVi shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and shall take place in the state where you reside or such other location as mutually agreed.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class action or representative action.
Exceptions: The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: (1) claims for injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property; (2) disputes within small claims court jurisdiction; (3) claims asserting basis for legal action regarding healthcare licensing or disciplinary matters.
Before initiating arbitration or legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@remevi.com.
12. Prohibited Conduct

- Post obscene, offensive, or defamatory content
- Attempt to interfere with Platform functionality or security
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes or controlled substance abuse
- Resell or redistribute services obtained through REMEVi
- Impersonate healthcare providers or staff members
Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your account and referral to law enforcement.
13. Termination
REMEVi may suspend or terminate your account and services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Termination may occur if you:
- Violate these Terms or any other agreement with REMEVi
- Engage in illegal activity or harassment
- Fail to pay for services rendered
- Are deemed unsafe by our medical providers
You may terminate your relationship with REMEVi at any time by requesting account closure through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your health records will be maintained in accordance with HIPAA requirements and made available upon request.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and REMEVi regarding your use of our services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms to another party without our written consent. REMEVi may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
