Our Story
Built bilingual. From day one.
Every major telehealth platform in the US was built in English and, maybe, translated into Spanish later — if at all. The forms, the provider communications, the medication instructions, the support calls — all English-first. For the 62 million Americans who speak Spanish, that is not care. That is a barrier.
REMEVi was built differently. We started with two languages and two audiences on day one. Our intake forms, clinical summaries, care coordinator communications, patient portal, and medication instructions were all designed to work equally well in English and Spanish — not as an afterthought, but as a core design principle.

Our Medical Standards
How we deliver responsible care.
REMEVi operates within a rigorous clinical and regulatory framework. Every prescription issued through our platform is reviewed and approved by a licensed, board-certified provider — an MD or nurse practitioner — authorized to practice in the patient's state. We do not use AI to make prescribing decisions. A real licensed provider evaluates every case — every time.
All compounded medications dispensed through REMEVi are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies that meet 503A or 503B regulatory standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. We do not source medications from unregulated compounding facilities.
REMEVi is HIPAA-compliant and maintains a clean record: zero data breaches and active LegitScript certification (certified May 2026, validation ID 50384507). LegitScript independently verifies that we meet rigorous standards for transparency and legal compliance — which is why Google, Meta, and TikTok allow us to advertise as a healthcare provider.
Patients can cancel, pause, or request a medication change at any time through their patient portal or by contacting their bilingual care coordinator. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment periods. We believe patients should stay because the care is excellent — not because leaving is hard.
The Problem We Solve
Why language in healthcare actually matters.
Research consistently shows that patients who receive care in their primary language have better health outcomes. They understand their diagnoses more accurately, follow medication instructions more consistently, and are more likely to ask questions that could prevent serious errors. Language barriers in healthcare are not an inconvenience — they are a documented cause of medical mistakes, delayed diagnoses, and worse long-term outcomes.
For Spanish-speaking Americans seeking telehealth services, the options have historically been: use a platform built entirely in English, rely on imperfect auto-translation, or go without care. None of these options are acceptable. Receiving medical instructions in a language you are not fully comfortable in — or in a machine-translated version of that language — is not equitable care.
REMEVi was built specifically to close this gap. We hired bilingual care coordinators first. We built our intake system in both languages simultaneously. We translated (and then rewrote) our medication instructions by hand, with bilingual clinical reviewers, not software. Every element of the patient experience was designed for both English and Spanish speakers from the first line of code.

REMEVi's clinical team is composed of board-certified, state-licensed providers — MDs and nurse practitioners — with deep expertise in weight management, hormone health, and telehealth. Every patient case is individually reviewed by a real licensed clinician — not an algorithm or AI system.
Our providers are experienced in GLP-1 medications, physician-prescribed wellness preparations, and hormonal optimization. They manage the side effects of weight loss medications, adjust dosages based on individual response, and coordinate care with bilingual care coordinators.
Each provider is licensed to practice in the states where our patients are located. They evaluate your full medical history, check for contraindications, and prescribe the medication and dose that makes the most sense for your specific health profile and goals.
