It is 15 screens about your health history, medications and goals. A few follow-up screens appear only when an answer needs detail, such as current GLP-1 use. Starting is free and needs no card, and you see your plan and full charge before paying. Take the time you need to answer accurately.

No in-person visit is needed: the program runs online. Your clinician reviews your questionnaire and may ask for a live video visit when your answers or your state’s rules call for one, so a video-free process is not guaranteed. If a visit is needed, your care team helps you schedule it.

Yes. The questionnaire, questions during your clinical evaluation, dosing instructions, patient portal, billing, care coordination and support are all available in Spanish, and you can switch languages at any time. Tell your care team your preferred language and ask for clarification whenever an instruction is not clear.

No. REMEVi’s GLP-1 program is self-pay, so there is no insurance or prior authorization step. Compounded semaglutide is $159 per 4 weeks on the 24-week plan or $199 month-to-month. You see the full charge, payment method and renewal terms before you authorize payment.

Your medication ships to the address you give, from the pharmacy that fills your prescription, and that pharmacy sets what appears on the box and label. If discretion matters to you, ask your care team before your first shipment and they will tell you what to expect. Follow the storage instructions when it arrives.

Yes. You can cancel future renewals without a cancellation fee. Prepaid terms are paid in advance; refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Contact your care team about pausing or changing treatment; do not change your prescribed dose on your own.

You get a full refund if the clinician disqualifies you for a medical reason. Completing the questionnaire or authorizing payment does not guarantee approval: your clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Weekly injections go just under the skin, following the instructions your pharmacy sends with your prescription. Before your first dose, ask your clinician or care team to walk you through the prescribed dose, the syringe markings and the technique. Do not guess or change the dose yourself, and ask again whenever something is unclear.

REMEVi does: its GLP-1 program runs in English and Spanish in 49 states and DC, from the questionnaire to billing and support. REMEVi offers its compounded GLP-1 program in 49 states and Washington, DC. It is not available in Louisiana. Your provider must be licensed in the state where you receive care. Your state is checked in the questionnaire, before you choose a plan or pay.

Not always. Lab tests required by your clinician for the GLP-1 program are included in your plan price. Your clinician decides which tests you need and whether results are needed before prescribing, based on your health history. If you have recent lab results, tell your care team when you start.

You pay at checkout, after the free questionnaire and before the clinical review. The monthly plan is billed every 4 weeks. The 12-week and 24-week plans are prepaid for the full term, with the total charge shown before you choose. Review the renewal terms at checkout and in your patient portal.
