Care Team

Care you can verify.

Every REMEVi prescription is reviewed by a board-certified, state-licensed clinician — a real MD or nurse practitioner authorized to practice in your state. Our standards are public. Our credentials are verifiable.

Founding Nurse

Linda West-Conforti, RN — Founding Nurse at REMEVi

Linda West-Conforti, RN

25+ years in neonatal and pediatric intensive care · Lake Arrowhead, California

Linda's career has been spent in the NICU and PICU — caring for premature infants, medically complex children, and the families navigating impossible decisions around them.

She founded Angels in Waiting, a nonprofit that places medically fragile foster children with nurses trained to care for them, and authored California legislation giving those nurses priority foster placement.

Prescribing providers

Credentialed, accredited, and verifiable.

REMEVi's prescribing providers are licensed clinicians — board-certified MDs and nurse practitioners — credentialed through our clinical partner OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, and its affiliated state professional corporations.

OpenLoop's credentialing program is NCQA-accredited (National Committee for Quality Assurance) — the same third-party standard used by major US health plans to verify clinician credentials. NCQA accreditation requires verification of education, board certification, state licensure, DEA registration, malpractice history, work history, and National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) screening for every provider, with re-verification on a defined cycle. Independent NCQA accreditation is a stronger external trust signal than self-attested credentialing.

When you submit your intake, your case is routed to a provider authorized to practice in your state. That provider personally reviews your medical history, current medications, weight loss goals, and any contraindications before making a prescribing decision. If clinical criteria aren't met, the provider declines and explains why.

Individual provider profiles and state license verification become visible inside your patient portal after enrollment. Our full credentialed roster is available on request for verification purposes via care@remevihealth.com.

Credentialing requirements

What every prescribing provider must meet.

Board certification

Every prescribing provider holds appropriate board certification (ABMS for MDs, ANCC or AANP for nurse practitioners). We verify certification status directly with the certifying body at onboarding and annually thereafter.

Active state licensure

Providers must hold an active, unencumbered license in every state where they accept REMEVi patients. Licensure is verified with state licensing boards on an ongoing basis.

Clean disciplinary record

All providers are screened through the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and state licensing board disciplinary records. Any adverse action is grounds for removal from the network.

Telehealth and GLP-1 experience

Providers must demonstrate clinical experience in telehealth and in the prescribing of GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight management before seeing patients on the platform.

Editorial standards

Editorial and medical review standards.

All medical content published on REMEVi — including blog posts, FAQ answers, medication guides, and condition pages — is written or reviewed by members of the REMEVi care team before publication. Content is updated when new clinical evidence, FDA guidance, or pharmacy sourcing information warrants a revision.

REMEVi content cites peer-reviewed medical literature, FDA labeling, and official guidelines from bodies such as the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) whenever specific clinical claims are made. We do not publish anecdotal weight loss claims, testimonials framed as medical advice, or content designed to manipulate search rankings at the expense of accuracy.

If you believe any information on REMEVi is inaccurate or out of date, please contact your care coordinator through the patient portal or email the care team directly. We investigate every report and publish corrections promptly.
