REMEVi’s clinical protocol considers compounded oral semaglutide generally less effective than injectable semaglutide at the doses used. The large oral trials studied different swallowed formulations; they do not establish equivalent results for this compounded tablet. Discuss the tradeoff if avoiding injections is a priority.
This tablet may be worth discussing when needle avoidance matters to you, but convenience does not establish clinical suitability. Your history, medicines and goals still guide the decision.
No separate membership fee or increase for a higher prescribed dose.
The monthly plan is billed every 4 weeks. The 12-week and 24-week plans are prepaid for the full term, with the total charge shown before you choose. Review the renewal terms at checkout and in your patient portal.

Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors involved in appetite and fullness. Formulation and route matter: a dissolving tablet, a swallowed tablet and an injection are not interchangeable.
The molecule acts on receptors involved in appetite. That mechanism alone does not establish how well a particular compounded tablet is absorbed or how much weight someone will lose.
Follow the pharmacy label for placement in the mouth, food and drink timing, and storage. Ask your pharmacist rather than using instructions for a different oral product.
The listed protocol levels are 5 → 10 mg daily. Your clinician decides whether and when to change the level; do not convert an injectable dose into a tablet dose.
The evidence
OASIS 1 studied daily oral semaglutide 50 mg with lifestyle intervention in 667 adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes. At 68 weeks, average weight reduction was 15.1% versus 2.4% with placebo. It did not study REMEVi’s compounded oral-dissolving tablet.

A different formulation, dose and route can change drug exposure. Large trials of swallowed oral semaglutide do not establish equivalent absorption, safety or effectiveness for compounded dissolving tablets. REMEVi’s clinical protocol considers compounded oral semaglutide generally less effective than injectable semaglutide at the doses used.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort can occur with semaglutide. Tell your clinician about persistent symptoms and all medical conditions. Seek urgent care for severe or persistent abdominal pain, signs of a serious allergic reaction, or inability to keep fluids down. A compounded tablet has not undergone FDA premarket safety review.
Tell your clinician about a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, pregnancy or pregnancy plans, severe digestive conditions, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease and all medicines you take. Do not assume taking a medicine without injections removes its risks.
No. It is not FDA-approved or an approved generic of another oral medicine. Different formulations and administration routes are not interchangeable. A pharmacy license does not establish the safety or effectiveness of an individual preparation.
