Who prescribes, and which pharmacy fills it?
Clinicians in the OpenLoop network who are licensed in your state review your questionnaire and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. If one is prescribed, a state-licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it: RedRock Pharmacy (Utah), Health Warehouse (Kentucky), Precision Medicine (New York) or Triad Rx (Alabama).
