Your price never goes up: same at every dose and every renewal of your plan. No membership fee. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Your plan price includes the clinician evaluation and follow-up, the medication if it is prescribed, injection or dosing supplies, shipping, the GLP-1 lab tests your clinician requires, and care coordination in English or Spanish. The health questionnaire is free, and there is no separate membership fee.
REMEVi’s GLP-1 program is available in 49 states and Washington, DC. It is not available in Louisiana. Care happens online, so there is no clinic to visit, and medication ships to your door. The clinician who reviews your questionnaire must be licensed in the state where you receive care. See the state-by-state list.
Yes. The intake questionnaire, the clinical evaluation, your dosing instructions, the patient portal, billing, and our care coordinators and support are all available in Spanish. You choose English or Spanish when you start, and you can switch languages at any time.
Clinicians in the OpenLoop network who are licensed in your state review your questionnaire and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. If one is prescribed, a state-licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it: RedRock Pharmacy (Utah), Health Warehouse (Kentucky), Precision Medicine (New York) or Triad Rx (Alabama). See our pharmacy partners. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
No clinic, but REMEVi is a Las Vegas company with a business office at 1635 Village Center Circle, Suite 250. The office does not see patients: evaluations, messages and follow-up happen online, and medication ships to your door. Nevada patients are treated by clinicians who hold an active Nevada license.
Median 3.6 days from payment to shipment (1.9–7.0 days for the middle half of orders; 33 orders, July–September 2026). The pharmacy order was placed a median of 0.7 days after payment (41 orders). Carrier delivery time comes after shipment. Your timing can differ.

Prices do not change by city. Injectable semaglutide is $159 per four weeks on the 24-week plan, with $954 paid upfront. The 12-week plan is $507 upfront ($169 per four weeks); the four-week plan is $199 every four weeks. There is no separate membership fee or dose upcharge within your selected treatment and plan.
No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of branded medicines and have not been reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. A licensed clinician must evaluate your individual medical needs and discuss appropriate treatment options.
FDA guidanceThe questionnaire is free to start. If you pay and are medically disqualified, a full refund applies under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prepaid plans cover the full selected term. Cancellation & Refund PolicyREMEVi does not offer retatrutide. It is investigational, is not FDA-approved, and FDA states that it cannot be used in compounding under federal law. A “retatrutide near me” listing is not evidence of an approved treatment. See our sourced retatrutide guide for the distinction between clinical research and treatment available to patients.
Full explanation & sources FDA guidanceYes. Eligible adults across the Las Vegas Valley can access REMEVi by telehealth, including Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley and Paradise. These are service areas, not office locations. Your clinician must be licensed where you are physically located when receiving care.
Tell your care team where you will physically be for your visit and before changing your shipping address. Your clinician’s license, treatment availability and pharmacy service must cover that location. A Nevada home address does not automatically establish eligibility for care while you are in another state.
Choose an address where you can receive the package promptly and follow the pharmacy’s storage instructions. If an injectable medication arrives warm or with inadequate refrigeration, do not use it; contact the dispensing pharmacy and your care team. FDA warns that improper shipping temperatures can affect quality.
FDA guidanceA GLP-1 is not right for everyone. Discuss your health history, current medicines, pregnancy plans and possible side effects with your prescribing clinician. FDA recommends compounded drugs only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an approved medicine.
Individual results vary. Trial findings are not predictions for a REMEVi patient or a compounded preparation. See what the GLP-1 trials measured, and their limits.
