Clinicians licensed in your state

Clinicians in the OpenLoop network who are licensed in your state review your questionnaire and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. If one is prescribed, a state-licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy prepares it: RedRock Pharmacy (Utah), Health Warehouse (Kentucky), Precision Medicine (New York) or Triad Rx (Alabama). Do you cover Cicero, Berwyn, Aurora and Waukegan?

Eligible adults in Chicago and the communities of Cicero, Berwyn, Aurora, Waukegan can request online care through Illinois-licensed clinicians. These are service areas, not physical office locations. Treatment and pharmacy availability depend on your location and clinical eligibility. Confirm your delivery address with the team before shipping.

How do I know REMEVi is legitimate?

Check our medical-team and pharmacy pages, and open our public LegitScript certification profile. Ask for your prescriber’s name and credential so you can verify the appropriate state licensing record. A certification or professional identifier is not a guarantee of treatment results.

Can I continue care while traveling outside Illinois?

Tell your care team where you will physically be during your visit and before changing your shipping address. Your clinician’s license, treatment availability and pharmacy service must cover that location. A home address in one state does not automatically establish eligibility while visiting another.

A thoughtful start. An informed decision.

A GLP-1 is not right for everyone. Discuss your health history, current medicines, pregnancy plans and possible side effects with your prescribing clinician. FDA recommends compounded drugs only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an approved medicine.

Individual results vary. Trial findings are not predictions for a REMEVi patient or a compounded preparation. See what the GLP-1 trials measured, and their limits.
