NAD+ injections and IV infusions differ in route, dose, setting and what the price includes. A monthly home-injection offer cannot be compared directly with a single supervised IV visit. Neither the price nor the amount administered establishes better wellness outcomes.
REMEVi’s NAD+ program provides prescribed at-home care after clinical evaluation. REMEVi serves 49 states and Washington, DC, excluding Louisiana. The IV examples below describe other providers’ public offers, not a REMEVi IV service.
What the routes mean
NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular metabolism. Its biological role does not, by itself, prove that an injection improves energy, lifespan or recovery. Read what NAD+ is for background.
| Route | Where it goes | What to compare |
|---|
| Subcutaneous injection | Under the skin | Prescribed dose and frequency, vial concentration, usable supply and home-injection support |
| Intravenous infusion, also called an IV drip | Into a vein | Amount per session, infusion time, on-site monitoring and appointment fees |
| Oral supplement or precursor | Taken by mouth | Exact ingredient and product-specific evidence; supplement findings do not establish injectable outcomes |
Follow the prescription and pharmacy instructions for your exact preparation. An IV dose or infusion schedule is not a home-injection dosing guide. See NAD+ dosage questions and supplements versus injections.

Sources: RWACenter’s published prices and Hone’s NAD+ product page. RWACenter states that a provider consultation is required.
Hone’s public pages disagree: its editorial article lists $165/month for medication plus a $25 NAD-only membership, while its product page lists $199/month. Do not treat the older article’s number as a confirmed current total. Ask Hone which price and additional charges apply. Hone’s editorial cost article
Why price per visit is not price per treatment plan
A single session, a vial and a subscription are different units of purchase. Ask each provider for:
- Route and amount: milligrams per administration, total milligrams supplied and concentration.
- Supply length: number of prescribed administrations, refill timing and the pharmacy’s usable-storage period.
- Supervision: who evaluates you, who administers treatment and who responds to problems.
- Full cost: medication, consultation, testing if required, membership, supplies, shipping and cancellation terms.
A lower price per milligram does not show equal absorption, clinical benefit or safety across routes. Do not choose a dose to make the price comparison work.

What the evidence actually establishes
A small pilot study followed eight participants receiving a six-hour IV infusion and three controls. It measured changes in NAD+ and related metabolites. It did not demonstrate durable wellness benefits or compare IV treatment with subcutaneous injections. Its findings cannot establish a home-injection dose or prove that either route improves longevity. Original intravenous pilot study
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. That makes the exact preparation, pharmacy and clinical assessment important. It does not establish that two routes are equally effective or equally safe. FDA: compounded-drug risks
Safety belongs in the cost conversation
FDA has received reports of severe chills, shaking, vomiting and fatigue after NAD+ injectables, sometimes requiring medical care. It warns against food-grade ingredients in sterile compounding. These reports do not establish a frequency for an individual provider’s product. FDA: sterile-compounding ingredients
Ask the clinician what benefit is plausible, what remains uncertain and what symptoms should prompt medical care. Read our NAD+ side-effects guide. Do not use an unidentified injectable preparation.
What REMEVi’s home program includes
The NAD+ page lists available formulations and current four-week subscription pricing. The published program includes clinical evaluation, prescribed preparation, applicable supplies, shipping and bilingual care coordination. Confirm the prescription’s route and supply with the care team.
Choose a program based on an individual clinical assessment and clear costs. An at-home format offers a different care setting; it is not proof of the same outcomes as IV therapy.
